Every path into the Institute for Human Optimization is physician led and intentionally designed. These answers will help you understand how our a la carte visits, Biological Audit®️ and Executive Concierge Membership work together.
A La Carte visits are ideal if you want targeted support for a specific concern such as hormone optimization, medical weight loss or peptide therapy without a full workup.
The Biological Audit®️ is a one time, physician designed deep dive that includes multi omic analysis, 300+ biomarkers and advanced risk mapping to show where your biology stands today.
Our Executive Concierge Membership is ongoing precision oversight with direct physician access, early cancer detection strategies, preferred pricing on therapies and integrated access to Longevity Gyms.
In most cases, yes. The Biological Audit®️ serves as the foundation for Executive Concierge care. It gives Dr Bajnath the full multi omic and imaging landscape needed to design a long term strategy for healthspan and performance.
In rare situations, established patients may transition into Executive Concierge using prior data, but we still strongly recommend completing the full Audit within the first year.
The investment ranges listed for each tier reflect professional services and program design. Diagnostic testing, imaging and therapies may be billed separately depending on the package and your selections.
During your consultation, we will walk through your preferred diagnostic depth, early cancer detection options and Longevity Gyms access so you have a clear view of the total investment before you commit.
IFHO operates as an out of network, precision medicine practice. We do not bill insurance directly, but we can provide super bills you may submit to your plan when appropriate.
Many clients use HSA or FSA funds for eligible services and diagnostics. We are happy to help you structure your plan in a way that aligns with your financial preferences.
Longevity Gyms is our non clinical performance and recovery offering that provides access to curated therapies such as red light, IHHT, compression, and other longevity circuits.
You may join Longevity Gyms as a stand alone membership, add it on to A La Carte care, or enjoy integrated access and preferred pricing as part of the Executive Concierge Membership.
A La Carte is ideal if you want focused help with a specific issue, or you are exploring IFHO before committing to a deeper program.
The Biological Audit®️ is best for high performing individuals who want a definitive, once in a decade level assessment of where they stand and what to do next.
Executive Concierge is ideal for leaders, founders and professionals who want ongoing medical partnership, rapid access and proactive risk management rather than episodic visits.
