Concierge is for those seeking the most comprehensive relationship with the Institute for Human Optimization. You can reach Dr. Bajnath directly on his private cell phone, and your care includes the testing and ongoing monitoring defined in your care agreement.
VO₂ Max assessments and qEEG brain mapping are repeated every 4 months, so changes in your fitness and brain activity are tracked across the year. In Year 2, Concierge continues at a reduced rate, as many tests do not need to be repeated.

MRI, CT, ultrasound, and other imaging are not included in Biological Audit™ or Elite. Recommended imaging is arranged and billed separately. Concierge includes imaging coordination by our Patient Care Coordinator; imaging charges are separate.
Bloodwork, specialty panels, repeat testing, and diagnostics beyond the listed program inclusions cost extra.
Hormone, peptide, GLP-1, and regenerative evaluations, medications, procedures, and therapies are separate unless expressly included in your agreement. All treatments require physician evaluation.

Yes. If you enroll in a program within 60 days of your consultation, your $600 consultation fee will be credited toward its cost. The $300 lab panel is a separate charge.
Biological Audit™ and Elite generally complement your existing primary care physician. Concierge may include primary care with Dr. Bajnath within the agreed scope.
Yes. Consultations can be held in person in Hanover, Maryland, or by telemedicine in states where Dr. Bajnath is licensed. Dr. Bajnath is currently not accepting patients in Alaska, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, or South Carolina.
For Biological Audit™ and Elite, test kits are typically ordered the day after payment. If you cancel before your kits are ordered, you receive a refund less a 10% cancellation fee. Once test kits have been ordered, payments are non-refundable.
Yes. You can upgrade to Biological Audit™ Elite within 60 days of your purchase. Contact our team and we will take care of the details.
The Institute for Human Optimization is direct-pay. We provide superbills for eligible, documented medical services, which you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Reimbursement is not guaranteed. Membership fees and elective services may not qualify.
No. Physician access is subject to agreed limits. Longevity Gyms services use membership credits and are subject to credit rules, availability, and medical suitability.

For an initial appointment, share up to three preferred dates and times within the next 1–3 weeks. Our team confirms availability. Visits that depend on testing are scheduled according to the appropriate testing timeline.
