Can I receive treatment during my consultation?
Same-day treatment may be available when adequate time is reserved, the requested service is appropriate and all medical requirements are satisfied. Treatment is never guaranteed before assessment.
Do you offer lasers or traditional spa services?
No. This division is intentionally focused on medical injectables, collagen-supporting treatments, platelet-based regenerative procedures, medical microneedling and regenerative hair restoration.
How is pricing determined?
We use transparent, outcome-based pricing rather than asking you to select treatment according to a specific unit or syringe allowance. Following your assessment, we recommend the clinically appropriate treatment needed to pursue the agreed outcome and present the complete price before you proceed. There are no surprises at checkout, and treatment remains subject to clinical judgment and safety.
