Yes. Patients who complete the Biological Audit® and want a regular cadence of follow-up, without Concierge level access, may choose a monthly membership. These memberships include access to Longevity Gyms and start at $279 per month. Our team can explain the current membership options, included visits, and any services billed separately.

Longevity Gyms is the performance and recovery experience powered by the Institute for Human Optimization. It brings together health assessments, guided training and recovery services, and access to selected technologies in Hanover, Maryland. It gives patients a place to put their health plan into practice between medical visits. Access to specific services depends on your membership or booking.
