Do you accept insurance?

No. We are a cash-based practice and do not bill insurance. A Superbill may be provided for potential reimbursement, but reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Does IFHO replace my primary care provider?

No. You must maintain a primary care provider for acute issues, emergencies, and routine medical care.
Are labs included in my consultation or membership?
+
Labs and specialty testing are not included unless explicitly stated within a membership such as the Biological Audit or Executive Health.
Are labs covered by insurance?

Some standard labs may be covered depending on your insurance plan. Functional and specialty tests typically are not.
I’m only interested in weight loss, peptides, regenerative therapies, or hormones. What is the process?

We offer a dedicated 30-minute medical consult for these therapies. During this visit, your provider will review your goals, determine eligibility, and outline any required labs or next steps.
How do I get started?

Book your Initial Consultation directly through our scheduling page. Your provider will review your history, goals, and labs to design a personalized plan.
Do you offer virtual visits?

Yes—when allowed by your state’s licensing laws and when clinically appropriate.
Are regenerative therapies included in memberships?

No. PRP, exosomes, EBO2, and ozone therapy are billed separately from consultation fees and memberships.
Do you prescribe peptides and hormones?

Yes—when medically appropriate and legally permitted within your state.
Are fees refundable?
+
No. Due to the personalized nature of our services, all fees are non-refundable.
